Product Development
We have several developer and Q/A positions open.
We are looking for strong team players, with the ability to scale to different parts of the product as needed, strong design experience and a passion for quality.
Our engineers wear multiple hats - developing, testing and working with customers.
Software Engineers:
General Responsibilites:
You will own complete features, from inception to design and implementation, collaborating with other developers and ensuring all deliverables meet the overall objectives of the product. We expect solid code coverage with unit testing and delivery in an agile
development environment. As a developer of an enterprise product, you are responsible for ensuring that performance and reliability meet the objectives. You will also be directly involved in
interacting with some customers and helping with product support.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 4+ years of .NET and C# experience and object-oriented design experience.
- Familiarilty with Silverlight, WF, WCF technologies.
- In-depth experience with XML and Web Services.
- Proven ability to write documented, high-quality, efficient, reusable code.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience in one or more of the following is a huge plus: User Interface development, experience developing in relational databases,
working knowledge of one or more enterprise applications.
- BSCS or related field.
Q/A Engineers
General Responsibilities:
General responsibilities will include ad-hoc testing, manual and automated test case and test plan development, and filing bug reports.
Other opportunities will include developing tools to automate code coverage, security, performance, stress, reliability and more.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 3+ years experience in development or testing.
- Working knowledge of C# as well as proficiency with XML.
- Object-oriented design/development ability.
- Experience with a complete ship cycle.
- Familiarity with web services, .NET technologies, databases and client/server testing.
- Administrative experience with build, source code control, and continuous integration platforms.
- Experience with GUI automation test frameworks.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills.
- BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent field.
Professional Services
General Responsibilities:
- Implementing and managing services delivery for customers in a high-exposure environment.
- Defining and establishing key methodologies for repeatability of software installation and configuration across customer sites and industry verticals.
- Defining and establishing feedback mechanisms to the internal Engineering team to influence and prioritize features through the software development life cycle.
- Ensuring all internal teams are effectively collaborating to produce expected results and have clear visibility into the status of all customer projects and timely information needed to execute on their plans.
- Proactively finding new opportunities within the client's business and grow accounts.
- Maintaining vast knowledge of client's business, competition, and latest industry news and trends.
- Willingness to travel as required with client engagements.
Day-to-Day Activities
- Analyze customer needs, develop requirements and implementation plan, and manage customer requirements to line up with product capability.
- Manage day-to-day client projects.
- Provide clear and timely communication of program status, risks, milestones and key metrics to all stakeholders.
- Perform installation of the software, integration and software defect resolution on the ground at customer sites.
- Conduct all project team meetings from kickoff to certification of completion of installation.
- Ensure all project plans are up to date and complete with respect to planning, scope, scheduling, estimating and status.
- Provide analysis of factors leading to project success or failure, as well as recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in business or technical discipline or equivalent experience.
- 5-7 years experience in project management, client management, system implementation and integration.
- Working knowledge of database platforms (RDBMS), packaged enterprise applications, web services, XML, .NET and programming experience in one or more languages a plus.
- Practical problem solving and strategic thinking skills; critical thinker with excellent judgment and initiative.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work across the organization and interact/influence/negotiate effectively at all levels of management and peers.
- Working knowledge of Customer Service/Call Center concepts and environment.
